    How do I view and download my previous invoices?

    After your order is completed and confirmed you will receive an email with your invoice.

     

    Are you based in the US?

    While the PATCHBOX GmbH Headquarter is in Vienna, Austria, products in this webshop are sold and shipped by our Exclusive US Distributor Synergy Micro Solutions LLC. 


     

    Warranty

     
     

    How long is the PATCHBOX warranty?

    We warrant that all of our products are free from manufacturing defects. The warranty period for PATCHBOX is five years from the date of initial purchase. Setup.exe is covered by a lifetime manufacturer warranty.

     
     

    What does the PATCHBOX warranty cover?

    The PATCHBOX warranty covers any manufacturing defects. If your product stops working due to a defect within the warranty period, the defective part will be replaced free of charge.

     
     

    Does the PATCHBOX warranty apply to all products?

    The PATCHBOX warranty applies to our cabling systems and Setup.exe, whether purchased via PATCHBOX directly or from our reseller. Please note that proof of purchase is required when submitting a warranty claim.

    How long is the processing time for the products?

    The processing time for the PATCHBOX is 1 to 3 business days.
    The processing time for the Setup.exe and the /dev/mount is 1 to 2 business days.

     

    How long does it usually take for a product to arrive?

    After the order has been processed, our partner, Synergy Micro Solutions, will hand over your shipment to its logistics partner. Depending on the shipping destination and order volume it takes 1-5 business days for your order to arrive. You can track the shipment with the tracking number that will be provided right after the order has left the warehouse.

     

    Where do you deliver to?

    Synergy Micro Solutions delivers everywhere within the US - to continental USA as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

     

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount and whether it should be shipped to continental USA or to Alaska/Hawaii. First, we explain the prices of shipping costs for continental USA - below this table you can find the shipping costs for Alaska and Hawaii.

    What shipping carriers do you use?

    Our partner, Synergy Micro Solutions, uses UPS as service provider for shipment of the PATCHBOX products.

     
      

    Can I change my delivery address?

    You can still change the delivery address during the processing time. To do so, please send an email to info@sms-us.com. Our logistics team will have a look into it and try to change the shipping address. Please consider the fact that it is not possible to change the delivery address after the goods are handed over to the logistics provider. And don’t forget to update your address in your profile for upcoming orders.

     

    How can I track my order?

    After your order has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with a link and tracking number. Please follow this link and use the tracking number to track your order.
